Design Solution
A fresh coat of paint made the space look like new. We also removed Tuscan brown tile, upgraded to hardwood flooring, and added a new backsplash in the kitchen. Up-to-date light fixtures and a refreshed porch boosted the home’s value inside and out. Then we staged it.
