We were contacted by the seller directly prior to the house being listed on MLS. We started with and initial two hour walk and talk and do staging consultation during which time we came up with a solid plan of what would take to get the home ready for the market.
We ended up re-purposing a lot of the furniture that the client had. Took way anything that would be too personal and/or date the home and during a second visit to the property we also brought in specific pieces from our inventory that would complement what the seller already had and were a good fit for the style of the home.
Our targeted staging efforts paid off as the home sold at above asking within 24 hours.
