Renovations | Make-ready | Luxury Staging in Lakewood
We are brought in by the listing agent on this project. After evaluating the home at the staging consultation we were able to present the client with an action plan that addressed both the preparation ( make-ready) and the presentation (staging) aspect of getting a home ready for the market.
We determined that a fresh coat of paint throughout the house would liven things up and take away that lived-in look from the home. We removed some Tuscany brown tile in certain areas as they made the flooring look choppy, plus that kind of tile was not in line with the rest of the home. So we upgraded to hard wood flooring in practically all common areas in the home. Some of the other things we did was refresh the kitchen by adding new backsplash, renovate the jack and jill bathroom and the kitchenette in the media room, put in fresh carpet in the bedrooms, replace all fans and light fixtures and refresh the front porch columns and front door to up the curb appeal and also ensure that the exterior reflected the price point of the property.
When all the make-ready work was complete we then staged the home to perfection so it showed in it’s best light.
Our smart and hard work paid off. The home sold shortly after listing. As a matter of fact this home also got featured in the Dallas Culture map.
