Kitchen and bathroom renovations are some of the most important investments you can make in your home. Led by Dallas interior designer Keti Abazi, Design by KETI helps homeowners make confident decisions about layout, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, tile, countertops and color before construction begins.
We create a cohesive design plan that reflects how you live, then provide hands-on project leadership to help align the design, budget, contractors and timeline. The result is a kitchen or bathroom that feels beautiful, functional and built to last
A thoughtful renovation is also a financial decision. Your investment should reflect your home’s value, the scope of work and how long you plan to stay. Projects that preserve a sensible layout and prioritize quality, lasting materials often support resale appeal, while a more comprehensive renovation may be the right choice when your goal is to enjoy the home for years to come. During your consultation, we help you define priorities and develop a realistic project budget before decisions become expensive.

Beyond resale value, the real return is how the renovated space improves your everyday life. The National Association of Realtors’ “Joy Score” for a kitchen renovation is 10 out of 10—meaning homeowners are highly likely to enjoy the decision long after the work is complete.
A Kitchen Refresh with Personality

We guide the design decisions that shape the finished space, including layout, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, tile, countertops, paint colors and finishes. We also provide hands-on project leadership to help keep decisions coordinated from planning through completion.
Your budget depends on the room’s size, the condition of the existing space, whether plumbing or walls must move, the level of finishes and the scope of construction. We help you prioritize the decisions that matter most and create a clear plan before work begins.
Often, yes. Keeping major plumbing and structural elements in place can help control cost while still creating a meaningful transformation through better cabinetry, storage, lighting, surfaces and finishes. If the layout is working against how you live, we will help evaluate whether changing it is worthwhile.
We can work with trusted trade partners or collaborate with a contractor you have already selected. Our role is to keep the design intent, selections, details and project decisions aligned so the process is more organized and the finished result feels cohesive.
