A private investment group engaged Design by KETI to reimagine a Preston Hollow home for resale. With several nearby flips removing every wall and creating barn-like open interiors that sat on the market, the goal was to modernize this home without erasing its architectural character.

We selectively opened key spaces to improve flow while preserving the home’s traditional proportions and architectural integrity. Design by KETI guided the floor plan, materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, hardware, and interior styling to create a polished, buyer-ready home that felt both current and distinctive.
