Investor group Valhalla REA hired us to plan the renovation, remodeling and repairs needed to flip a property and resell for high profit. They also requested we stage the property for its debut on the market.
Design Solution
When approaching a flip, we first address the floor plan and its practicality for 21st century living. Does it need to become open concept? Can we have en-suite bathrooms throughout. Can we add a home office. What about a mother in law suite especially if it’s a luxury home? We answered these questions and more, sourced every fixed element of the home (materials, hardware, colors, plumbing, fixtures, flooring, etc.), and staged it to perfection.
