This is a strategy session. We’ll join you on-site and walk the property with you. At the end of the session we will have worked on the following:
1. discuss and determine the target buyers in your property’s market as that will drive its marketability and profitability;
2. determine a solid renovations plan;
3. outline the WHAT and the WHY of all the updates or added/removed features we’re confident will contribute to your best sale price;
During this phase, we get into all the design-related specifics or the HOW of our renovations plan. We’ll make all the selections for any new or updated features such as (paint, flooring, countertops, tile, backsplash, lighting, hardware, plumbing, etc.
We will present you with all the specifics of the renovations design plan at which time, we can either source all the material selections for you, or you can do so in collaboration with your GC. During the renovation process, we always make ourselves available to your crew for any installation and design specific inquiries.
Once the renovations have been finalized we will immediately start working on a vacant home staging plan, which once approved by you will allow us to begin staging your investment property. This is the moment when “livable luxury” comes to life... and steals the hearts of your potential buyers!

Every Vacant Home Staging project must start with a Vacant Home Staging Consultation.

This consultation is the first step to getting your house staged. During the on-site visit, we will work on the WHY, the WHAT, and the HOW of our staging design plan so that it reflects the fixed elements of your home and its price point.
