MINOR IMPROVEMENTS do bring major results when planning on putting your home for sale.

After meeting with the client and devising a plan of action we determined that
1. by painting the home throughout with an on-trend color that complements the fixed elements in the home (such as flooring, countertops, tile);
2. by updating the kitchen via painting the kitchen cabintes and adding a new built-in microwave;
3.and by also glazing the tile in the bathroom and removing the dated brass shower screen ;
…we would be giving the target buyers in the neighborhood exactly what they are looking for; a move-in ready home.
Once all the painting and minor repairs were done, I then staged and styled the home using the sellers furnishings and accessories and supplementing with a few items from our inventory to give the condo the appeal it needed to have for our younger target buyers.
Our clients investment towards the renovations and staging mare than paid of. This condo listed for the highest dollar per square footage in the community. It had five offers in two days and it sold at above the asking price.
Talk about results. Good home staging not only benefits the seller, but the community as a whole.
