We were contacted by our client to stage this home, after they saw our portfolio and work on Houzz.com.

They said they liked our esthetic and look and that is exactly what they wanted to see in their vacant home, that had been sitting on the market for about six months.

Our Solutions

In previewing the home we determined that they did have some on trend color on the wall, yet there was this recurring pink-beige and yellow-beige undertone in some of the finish-outs (especially in the kitchen and breakfast area) that we had to address.

A similar situation was going on in the master bathroom. Although the bathroom was freshly painted, it was in the wrong color tone that did not accentuate the fixed elements in it. If anything the wall color made the  floor tile look really dirty.

In ironing out the staging design details, we worked with what we had available to us in the house, carefully blending our design choices with the fixed elements in the house, to achieve the look we did.

Staging the home worked great for our client. This home went under contract in one week from re-listing it as a staged home.
