Many like to talk about “the mission statement”.
Although we don’t see anything specifically wrong with that, we like to focus on our immutable laws instead.
A mission statement describes what we want to be.
Immutable laws on the other hand speak to who we are. They are the rules of our lives; they define us, who we are, how we conduct business.
They are a blend of ethics, core values and self-assigned law, all wrapped up into one. They are the rules we have defined for ourselves, almost subconsciously, on what is right and what is wrong. What is acceptable and what is not. What makes us happy, and what doesn’t. They are with us for life and they barely ever change.
In looking at, and analyzing ourselves as well as past and current clients we have discovered that we pretty much share those very same immutable laws with our clients. And we could not be more thankful.
Here they are in a nutshell for your reading pleasure:
Integrity above all else – it’s the right way or there is no way we are going to be involved with it;
Professionalism and continuous growth – it’s a way of life for us; it’s a do or die. If we are not better today than we were yesterday than we have failed ourselves and we have failed you our clients;
Give to give and with a cheerful heart – we give for no other reason than we have decided to do so and we want to. As a matter of fact, when you choose to work with us, please know that 6% of all profit goes towards non-profit, missionary and humanitarian causes throughout the world;
Only the best – no slacking allowed and yes we do “overthink” it. That’s the only way we know to serve you better.
Corners have rights too –we believe that corners are there for a reason. We respect corners and we won’t cut them;
Going the proverbial extra mile – We like the extra mile. That’s when we know we have done our best;
